Virtual Device Repair Instructions

Need a repair for the a device* of a student learning virtually? Follow these steps:

  1. Contact the RCPS County Office Help Desk at (770) 860-4259.
  2. Select option #5.
  3. Leave a detailed message of the repair needed. Please include your name, the name of the student whom the device is issued to, and a call back number.

    After you finish, a ticket will be submitted and a county office staff member will return your call and schedule an appointment for repair. Their call will include guidance on where to go.

*This hotline is for device repairs. If you or your student are having issues logging in or accessing particular assignments, please reach out to your student's teacher for guidance.
